Guide to Participation in the Textile Fairs in November 2017

JFW (Japan Fashion Week Organisation) will organise Japan’s biggest overall textile fair in Tokyo in November 2017, the largest scale show of its kind in terms of exhibitors and buyers among such events in Japan, providing a solid platform for the exchange of wide-ranging information and vital for product development. JFW organises a multi-faceted event for businesses, aiming to be the Asian hub in the textile business field.

Concurrent Exhibitions

A business negotiation salon (PTJ) and a total textile trade fair (JFW-JC) will be held concurrently at Tokyo International Forum –Hall E.

Venue location

Tokyo International Forum is in the business centre of Tokyo, conveniently located near Tokyo station, adjacent to Ginza, home to virtually all top overseas and domestic brands, and sited as the most popular and attractive event hall in Japan in recent years.

Business negotiation salon

The Premium Textile Japan (PTJ) was launched, targeting efforts to provide a business matching platform where top domestic and overseas buyers and suppliers converge, and now celebrates its14th anniversary. The fair is widely acclaimed by buyers as an active, animated event, which has firmly established its presence.

Total textile trade fair

JFW JAPAN CREATION is the biggest total textile fair in Japan.
With a complete renewal the year before last, the previous show relocated to the Tokyo International Forum, reputedly the most popular and attractive event hall in Japan in recent years, attracting approx. 16,000 visitors, including top branded apparel companies and designers alongside key persons from trading companies and wholesalers with leading roles in expanding mail-order sales market and textile distribution fields. The venue saw active business negotiations/exchanges in a feverish atmosphere.
