CSS is one and only Japanese company which designs and produces both hardware and software of jacquard system. The single-acting electric jacquard, the direct jacquard, the controller which read USB data and accepts also Sawa and KYB have all been produced under the Japanese authorized program and patented. What makes our single-acting electric jacquard special is use of Bouto and Fumise, and servo motor driven which gives the clients' workspace more spacious and safety. It was generally difficult to install new direct jacquard on long time used mechanical jacquard which the needles are distressed . Our direct jacqurd utilizes the cam to make the strokes certainly. Our USB controller is very easy to swap with Floppy Disk controller just simply replacing the cables and the operation procedure is exactly the same.
