Takashima city is Located in tha northwestern area of Shiga Prefecture. Cotton fabrics born there have been handed down since Edo. We have been launching "Takashima Chijimi"(Cotton crepes) and "Takashima Hamp "(Canvas Fabric),which are representative materials of the production arease.
